A research, in science and technology, generally involves analytical activities and experiments. Any researcher, who has understood basic theories well, will put forward some hypotheses in his or her proposal (s) and attempts to forecast the results of experiments based on analytical models which have been tested in the development of the discipline for many years. When the research results do not accord with the available psysical paradigm in the future, the first suspicion is on the validity of the data and later on the basic theory. For which the researcher needs the skill to examine the validity of the data resulted from experiments. The skill just to examine the physical variables is not sufficient for a researcher. In order that the data resulted may be optimum, the researcher should show the level of accuracy of the variable measurement. For which the definition of measuring tolls, level of probability of random error or orderly one which is related to the experiment. Statistical data processing may help sufficiently, in order to determine errors and deviations from the right measurement.
